Information We Collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, project type, project timeline, property or backyard details, design preferences, messages, photographs, measurements, inspiration images, and other information you send in connection with a pool, yard, remodel, owner-builder, or builder-support inquiry.

When you submit a lead form through Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or another advertising platform, we may receive the information you provide through that form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and responses to project-related questions.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, discuss potential projects, prepare or provide design services, communicate about estimates or next steps, provide customer support, improve our website and services, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

If you provide your contact information through a website or advertising lead form, we may contact you by email, phone, or text about the project or service you requested. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

How We Share Information

Spy Designs does not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, forms, email, advertising, file storage, design workflow, analytics, or other business functions. These providers may only process information for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, investigate fraud or misuse, or protect the safety of Spy Designs, our customers, or others.

Third-Party Services and Advertising Platforms

Our website and advertising may use third-party services such as Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead forms, FormSubmit, hosting providers, analytics services, and other technology providers. Those companies may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that platform's policies.

Cookies and Website Data

Our website or third-party services used with the website may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate usage information. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for site functionality, security, analytics, or advertising measurement where enabled.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, maintain project and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the nature of the project.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No website, email system, form, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that you previously provided to us, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or recordkeeping needs. You may also ask us to stop using your contact information for marketing communications.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults seeking pool, backyard, construction-planning, or related design services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
